Hotel Casa Poblana - Bacalar

The room was exceptionally clean, amazing, and had air conditioning, which I really enjoyed.

Stunningly beautiful and fairly clean place overall with marvellous location close to everything. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Amazing, light room with air con, and superfriendly staff.

Came here for 1 night with my family, everything was brand-new. Location: the hotel was near the restaurants and supermarkets, the center, and Cocalitos. The restaurant was relatively near the venue.

The room was nice and had the best bathroom, allowing for a good night's sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed.

On our trip, we had a great stay and we're already thinking about coming back next time! Can't wait to experience it again! 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Poblana. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center and even closer to some beautiful beach clubs. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities had everything I needed, including a community kitchen and water availability. The staff and family were helpful and accommodating. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a good-sized bed, hot water in the shower, and air conditioning. The WiFi was reliable, although it was only available near the bedroom door. my experience at Casa Poblana was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at a charming and welcoming place called Casa Poblana. The friendly staff made me feel like part of their family. The apartment offered a surprising view of lake Bacalar, and there was a communal kitchen available. The location was quiet and safe, yet just a short walk away from the village.

The hotel exceeded my expectations as a budget traveler. the location was quiet and comfortable, away from the noise of the city but still within walking distance of the city center. the family managing the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. the beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. I also enjoyed the view of the lagoon from the terrace.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro. L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e accogliente, fornendoci anche prodotti per la colazione. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia dello staff che ci ha dato indicazioni dettagliate per raggiungere le mete che avevamo programmato.

Anche se non era un problema per noi, sarebbe stato bello avere una colazione salata come opzione aggiuntiva.

The attention to detail in the garden and rooms was excellent. The peacefulness of the surroundings made my stay relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with the housekeeper doing a thorough job every day. I also appreciated that the room was refreshed even though I stayed for just two nights. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, although a microwave would have been a nice addition. The view of the lagoon from the first floor was amazing.

The location of Casa Poblana was a bit out of the way, requiring a lot of walking.
